HOW WE ROAST

At Render Coffee, we roast all of our coffee at our shared roasting space in Shirley Ma. We roast on a Loring Coffee roaster. All of our coffees fall between the light to medium roast range; however, in our process, we prioritize bringing out the inherent flavors of each origin coffee than achieving a specific roast level. We roast and ship all of our coffees on Mondays to ensure that the coffee is always at its freshest.
