I spent the better part of the morning working on my syphon technique. I Brewed Counter Culture’s Grotto Finca Nueva Armenia Microlot from
Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Flavors of strawberry and chocolate in the cup. This Microlot comes from the highest elevation of Finca Nueva Armenia’s coffee farm. For more information or to purchase, go to counterculturecoffee.com
